Open up your heart and calm the mind through this deeply relaxing practice of restorative postures and yoga nidra. Class will begin with gentle asana, moving into more yin and restorative like postures, bringing us onto our backs for a 30 minute yoga nidra, and ending with the sweetest savasana you've ever had.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
