All levels paddleboard yoga flow that breaks down the differences of water versus land. You'll be doing the poses you know and love, but from a SUP designed exclusively for yogis. Focuses include attention to breathing, proper alignment and awareness of our surroundings. Conclude with an extended savasana on the water…There's nothing like it.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
