Inspire and be inspired. This all levels SUP Yoga class is about fun, fun, fun. We'll start class getting your heart pumping, then dive into an upbeat Vinyasa style flow with unique transitions and an extended play time. Try something new, be daring, make up a pose – all is welcome. Smiles and laughs are guaranteed and there are bonus points for falling in at least once.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
