Reintroduce yourself to your yoga practice out on the waves. This playful, flow class will allow student's to explore and deepen their asana's while connecting to their breath and the water. This is an all level's flow class every yogi is welcome, however, having previous yoga experience is suggested.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
