Relax, release and restore supported by the soft, salty waves. This is a slow rolling, restorative class. In this class student's will give their bodies the time to let go and truly relax. Long holds in gentle, restorative asana's allow for all concern's and thought's to flow out on the breath, drop into the ocean and float away. This class welcome's all yogi's alike.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
