Take your practice out into nature and onto a SUP Board. This class is created to allow the student to play with familiar postures at a slower pace with the intention to expand and deepen the asana. A creative vinyasa flow will lead into "play time" allowing the yogi within to play with their practice. A long savasana will give the student's the ability to experience physical stillness surrounded by the warm sun, soft breeze and gentle waves.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
