Embracing the water, we will slow down our practice with extended stretching, paying particular attention to each part of the body. Enhanced focus on our breathing, deep inhales and exhales while we live in the moment. Class will conclude with an extended savasana. This flow will rejuvenate your mind, body and energy.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 11-20 minutes
