An experience for anyone. New to yoga. Or stand up paddleboard yoga. Where we leave the structure of life. And venture out on the water. We begin to remove the barriers set forth by our mind. While exploring the possibilities that exist with stand up paddleboard yoga.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
