SUP Yoga: Float n' Flow

Step into nature and on to the water. This class combines nature, yoga, breathing and meditation. The practice will be a breath-based Vinyasa flow that will challenge your balance and strength. The class will end with calming stretches and a guided, floating meditation utilizing the surrounds of nature to find stillness.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**

Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
