Bring your yoga practice to the water to explore how quickly your core wakes up! A guided flow with extra attention to your core will help set you up for peak poses and conclude with a well-deserved savasana. You will walk away with a stronger sense of balance and feeling of accomplishment.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
