When the chakras are balanced, we feel healthy and strong. When the chakras are weakened or overactive, we experience emotional and physical discomfort. Learn to identify and work with your chakras through breath, guided meditation, visualization, and sound. This class includes guided breathwork, meditation, lecture, and journaling.
Class time devoted to lecture: 21-30 minutes
