Do you want to bring play and connection to your practice? Have you seen acroyoga photos and wanted to try it out? This is the class for you! Acroyoga is the practice of building trust, creating connections, and making shapes with another person. This class will teach alignment and safety to give you flight and uplift others. Learn the basics roles of basing, flying, and spotting. No experience or partner necessary—come make new friends and try something new.
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
