Our fifth chakra, the throat center is one of the most blocked in our society, and unless activated and stimulated, it can create dis-ease, not only in our physical body, but in our relationships. If everything is energy and vibration, how do we activate our own energetic frequency to rise into our full potential? Enjoy this exploration of the healing power of voice as Native Hawaiian singer/songwriter Noelani Love guides students through a series of vocal activation practices from cultures worldwide. Take a journey through Oli (traditional Hawaiian chanting), toning, kirtan, Sanskrit and Kundalini mantras as well with some gentle yoga, dance and breath work. You can anticipate leaving class with a buzz.
